Hazelnut, Lemon and Cinnamon Porridge

Ingredients - serves one


Porridge -


50g quinoa flakes

200ml coconut carton milk

half a lemon, zested

0.5 tsp cinnamon

a pinch of salt

1 tbsp hazelnut butter

1 tsp maple syrup


Toppings -


2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

25g billberries/blueberries

2 tsp hazelnut butter

1 tsp cacao nibs



Pour the porridge ingredients into a small pan and stir over a low to medium heat until thickened.


Pour into a bowl.


Dollop the yoghurt in the center of the bowl and the hazelnut butter alongside.


Scatter over the billberries and cacao nibs.
