May the winter/christmas recipes begin. Starting off with a rich indulgent truffle that can be enjoyed all to yourself or given to someone as a gift over the festive months and also to be shared with friends after a festive dinner party. Enjoy x
Ingredients - makes 32
100g peanut butter
200g medjool dates
30g cacao powder
60g maple syrup
1 tsp cardamom
2 tbsp water
To roll -
2 tbsp cacao powder
Blend the truffle ingredients in a food processor until a soft ball has formed.
Use your hands to roll the mix into 32 balls.
Roughly roll each one in cacao powder.
Pop in a container and keep in the fridge for 1 month.
