This one is a winner all round, it's super quick, super simple and super heavenly with little ingredients. I whip this one up a lot! Try this with my orange bar, peanut praline bar or cherry almond bar. Enjoy.
Ingredients - makes 16 small pieces
150g almond butter
45g of my orange chocolate, chopped fine - buy here
10g coconut oil
30g maple syrup
Get yourself a 16 hole, dome shaped silicone mould or line a small casserole dish or brownie baking tray with parchment.
Pop all the ingredients into a glass bowl over a small pan of simmering water.
Stir with a wooden spoon until everything had melted together and combined.
Divide the mix equally between the silicone mould holes or pour into the lined dish.
Pop in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
Take the mould out of the freezer and remove each piece from the mould and pop in a lunchbox or remove from the tin by pulling the parchment out and cut into 16 equal pieces.
Keep in the fridge.
