Pomegranate and Strawberry Acai Bowl


Morning! Sorry there was no post last week, I was working every hour god sends to get a big exciting order done and sent off. Ingredients - serves one


Smoothie -


1 ripe banana

1/2 a pomegranate, deseeded

165g frozen strawberries

1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein

1 tbsp acai powder

almond milk 


Toppings -


1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter

1 tbsp of my NEW chocolate chunk granola - buy here

1 kiwi, peeled and diced

1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

2 tsp toasted coconut flakes

a few pinches of blueberry powder




Blend the smoothie ingredients in a food processor until smooth and thick, adding milk to help blend if needed.

Scoop into a bowl.

Dollop on the peanut butter and scatter over the granola.

Top with the kiwi, pomegranate and coconut flakes.

Sprinkle with blueberry powder.

Dig in!
