Cinnamon and Almond Nice Cream


As the weather is sticking. I thought I may as well share one of my favourite ice cream recipes. So simple and so delicious. Enjoy straight away or keep in the freezer for later. Perfect for ice cream sundaes and also on top of desserts. My favourite being warm brownies or apple pie. Enjoy x


Ingredients - makes one tub


400g frozen bananas

200ml cashew milk

4 tbsp smooth almond butter

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp maple syrup

Optional but advised extras -

1 packet of my orange bars, chopped into chips

slices of banana

toasted flaked almonds





Simply blend the first set of ingredients in a high speed blender until silky smooth and ice cream like in consistency.

Think of soft serve ice cream!

Line a loaf tin with parchment or use a lunchbox with a lid

Fold through the optional extras and then pour the nice cream into the lined tin.

Pop in the freezer to store.

Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving.

Scoop away.
