Lemon and White Chocolate Praline bars
3.85

Two chocolate bars per bag.

This one came about after I was thinking and writing down ideas about products and old favourites I used to really enjoy. I thought back to pocket money days and how I would get £10 a week and every Saturday without fail, go to town and spend every single, and I mean every single, penny. Normally a few bits and bobs from primark and then I’d head off to Thorntons to get their three chocolate bar deal. Lemon mousse, marzipan and some sort of praline like one, normally hazelnut. Lemon was always my favourite and that’s why I just had to create my own lemon and dark chocolate bar, in memory of that one but with a Leitchy Creates twist.

The chocolate I make, contains just five ingredients. Its aesthetically pleasing with its white chocolate and dark chocolate ombre effect. the light and dark contrast is dramatic and beautiful. The perfect gift, simple yet speaks volumes. First I pour the white chocolate layer into the mould before scattering over the pistachios and lemon white chocolate praline pieces. I then cover pour the rest of the dark chocolate into the moulds before leaving them to set and do their thing. This bars appearance is my favourite out of the three filled bars. Probably the simplest and easiest but most effective and unique.

I like to enjoy this one on it’s own as I think the appearance, in some sense is too pretty to spoil and alter. Having said that, it does make the most beautiful porridge topping and also as chocolate chips in a lemon flapjack. They are my only exceptions. Save this one as a special treat. Savour its flavour, beauty and effortlessness.

Peanut Butter Praline Bars
3.85

Two chocolate bars per bag.

I am the biggest peanut butter fan, as I'm sure many of you reading this are massive fans also! So I knew I had to create a bar that satisfied mine and many other fellow peanut butter fanatics needs. This is the bar you need in your bag, your cupboard, on your bedside table for those midnight munchies, tucked in your lunchbox to brighten a very boring day at school/work or tucked amongst your DVDs for a movie night treat. Even better, there's two bars per packet so you can share one with your best bud or if you're like me, hide it away for yourself to enjoy another time or if you're really like me, gobble them both up... because I mean, why not?!

The chocolate is made with five simple ingredients and enhanced to create the best chocolate flavour with natural vanilla extract. Before the chocolates set, I scatter roasted peanut butter pralines on top of the bars, cover them in another layer of dark chocolate and then decorate each one with freeze dried raspberries. This gives a tart contrast in flavour and also a gorgeous pink colour contrast against the rich dark chocolate. I also added raspberries to play along with the classic peanut butter jelly combination, us peanut butter fan club members all know and love. Another point is the bar only has eight ingredients. I’m telling you. you just can’t go wrong getting your hands on some of these.

I can’t get enough of this product on it’s own, but it’s also amazing chopped up and scattered over your porridge, added to bakes as chocolate chips, to decorate cakes with, stirred through hot milk and best of all melted down to a peanut butter praline chocolate fondue, dip in raspberries or banana, shove it in your mouth and then fall into chocolate heaven.

Cherry Almond Truffle Bars
3.85

Two chocolate bars per bag.

Another one of my favourite things (we’re talking food and drink) is amaretti. On it’s own, maybe an ice cube if we’re feeling fancy. It’s my Christmas Eve drink, warm and comforting whilst all tucked up on the sofa waiting for Santa. I love it. This bar was inspired by that drink and all things marzipan (an old favourite). Cherry was added as I think it works really well with both chocolate and almond. It adds a nice fruity hit, a sweetness and depth of flavour. It embodies those cherry gateau feels and those adult feels too with the alcoholic like hint. This ones my weekend bar, feeling fancy bar, feeling special bar and I might, MIGHT even share this one with a special someone too after a romantic evening.

The chocolate I make, contains just five ingredients. They’re made up of both white and dark chocolate for decoration and a more gift like look. After I’ve decorated the chocolate mould with white chocolate splatters, I pour a layer of dark almond chocolate over the top, scatter the cherry roasted almond truffles over and then cover them completely in dark chocolate. They’re then finished off with a few more white chocolate swirls, chopped almonds and cacao nibs all for a more luxurious look. Not to forget a nice crunch and texture contrast that ignites the senses whilst eating. All about the texture and flavour experience. This is definitely a luxury one, a one to gift a loved one and a one for a special evening.

As this has a more luxury look and grown-up taste, I like to enjoy its extravagance on its own but I have also enjoyed it in rocky road, as chunks or melted down. As well as crumbled on top of ice cream with amaretti, fresh cherries and expresso poured over the top as an impressive dessert. Perfect for when your friends or family are round for dinner. P.s. there’s some gorgeous natural and dairy free ice cream brands out there now.

Maca, Cinnamon and Coconut Hot Chocolate
2.80

Comfort in a mug. Subtly spiced with cinnamon and sweetened with creamy coconut and malty maca. These flavours work so well together, the cinnamon adds sweetness and depth of flavour, the coconut also adds sweetness but also creaminess. The maca adds a gorgeous maltiness and really unique flavour. It’s intriguing and delicious. This one is great on a cold evening, blended into 270-300ml of hot milk, poured into a mug and enjoyed all cuddled up in bed. In contrast it’s also incredible blended into a smoothie on a hot summers day, as an iced hot chocolate or stirred into your cooked porridge to add an comforting chocolate flavour.

 65g bag/3-4 portions

Enjoy with 270-300ml of almond or plant milk of choice.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread
3.85

Peanut butter pralines in spread form. This one is my guilty pleasure ate straight from the jar with a spoon. I also love it dolloped on top of my porridge, letting it melt into a luxurious puddle. Also blended into smoothies, baking and simply spreaded on toast for that nutella like experience. Any chocolate fan and lover of the good old chocolate spread will love this one. It’s so simple yet so indulgent, so luxurious, so high quality and probably my favourite out of the creative chocolate range. It’s so versatile yet so enjoyable on its own. The ultimate breakfast companion.

Chocolate Granola with Chocolate Chips
6.75

310g bag.

Crunchy, crumbly, nutty and luxurious. They’re the words that sum up my grain free granola. It’s fine yet crunchy and crumbly with the odd mini peanut butter cluster. I bake the the granola in the oven for 45 minutes, remove and stir through half the chocolate chunks, let them melt and coat the peanut granola. It’s then left to cool before the remaining chocolate chips are folded through. This way you get a double (or you could say triple as I bake the granola in cacao powder) chocolate chunk effect granola. Aka the best effect ever. The granola is chocolate and peanut flavoured with a base of quinoa flakes and chocolate chunks that melt in your mouth/onto hot porridge or in warm milk, perfectly. It’s a winner all round and super versatile. Use it for breakfast, to decorate ice creams with, to decorate yoghurt, as a crumbly topping on cakes/brownies or flapjacks, as a cheesecake base or cookie flavouring. The list goes on. Be sure to let me know how you enjoy yours. I’ll post my favourites on my social media accounts.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding
1.60

A chia pudding base mix that serves one.

I feel like you can't go wrong with this combination. A treat, a special yet so simple breakfast. Something to look forward to in the morning, to get you up and ready for the day. Get this for your loved ones that are obsessed with peanut butter. They will be thanking you for sure. It’s the perfect combination of nuts and chocolate.

What I love about chia puddings is that you can prepare them the night before in a bowl or lunchbox if you want to take it on the go. Pop it in the fridge and then all you have to do in the morning is chuck some fruit on, maybe nuts/nut butter and granola and you’re good to go. It lets you have an extra 10 minutes in bed and you know you’ll be fuelling yourself with something nourishing and delicious when you wake up. Can’t go wrong with a cheeky chocolate chip too.

Coconut Chocolate Chip Chia Pudding
1.60

A chia pudding base mix that serves one.

Sweet, buttery and creamy chia pudding with chocolate chips for that dessert like feel. Topped with all the fruit, I couldn’t think of a better breakfast. This one for me screams summer. Even though cinnamon is a key flavour, the coconut adds that sweet, summery vibe. I love to pile this one high with tropical fruit and toasted nuts. They pair so perfectly with the nutty coconut and little chocolate surprises in every other mouthful.

Cardamom and Pistachio Chia Pudding
1.60

A chia pudding base mix that serves one.

Aromatic cardamom, chocolate and pistachio chia pudding. Dark and dessert like with a crunch from the bright green pistachios. Beautiful bursts of nutty flavour from the pistachios as well as bright colours. Simple yet classy. The cardamom flavour at first may sound strange but believe me they work so well together. I think probably my favourite flavour combination EVER! The amount of things I make at home with cardamom and chocolate is crazy. The combination of the two is insanely delicious, exciting and addictive.. well for me anyway!

Save this one for a classy breakfast. Maybe a hello Friday, I’m feeling extravagant, its nearly the weekend breakfast. You know what, you could even serve this one for dessert. Treat your friends to something a little different. A new flavour combination, texture and idea. I’m sure they’ll love it.

All Three Chia Puddings
4.00

For those indecisive people out there like myself, I thought I’d have your back and create an option for you to try all three chia puddings at a lower price. When you’ve never tried a range, it’s hard to know which one to try first, or if you love them all but want to make a little saving, I thought this would be prefect for you too. Then you can re-order your favourites once you’ve tested and given the three a good go.

I thought this one would also be a great gift, one to keep at the desk or a holiday bundle if you struggle to find options when away that cater for your needs. You could even take one of these through airport security and add your banana and get some milk once you’re through. Such a handy little sachet to have.

Includes - Peanut butter chocolate chip, cardamom and pistachio, cinnamon and coconut chocolate chip.

Each packet serves one.

This one is great to take on the go, on holiday, to keep in your desk at work or handy to keep in storage for a easy yet indulgent breakfast at home. A chia pudding mix that can be made the night before or on the morning and left to thicken for 20 minutes whilst you have your cuppa. I’ve created three simple flavours that all need a mix of milk and a mashed banana stirring through for the full flavour and experience. I’ve suggested some toppings on each packet but feel free to use what ever takes your fancy.

Here’s a top tip for parents or cake makers or anyone who has a love for chocolate, cake and aesthetically pleasing things: These little pieces are great to decorate cakes with and top cupcakes with for parties or just for the sake of eating cake. Add a nice little touch that will bring a whole lot of complements.

Orange sticks
2.40

18 solid chocolate sticks.

I think the stick is probably my favourite out of the mint and orange shape range. If I have to choose a flavour, probably orange. The sticks are super satisfying to eat, they’re fun, they’re quirky. They last longer as there’s a lot in a portion, you can savour them, share them, nibble them, eat them like lollies, break them up, use them to decorate bakes and cakes. The list goes on.

Question is, how will you enjoy yours?

Orange Chocolate Bars
2.75

2 bars per pack.

I used to be a orange chocolate in winter kind of girl but now I think the delicate flavours can be enjoyed all year round. Comforting yet citrusy and zesty. Sharp yet smooth. Indulgent yet fresh. Chocolate and orange are made to be together forever. Utter perfection. I wanted to create a bar that was simply delicious on its own and also super versatile to be used in a range of recipes from sweet to savoury. This does just that.

As I said, this bar is super versatile. I love chopping it up, stirring it through porridge and letting the flavours hug onto the creamy oats and create the most indulgent and well, sexy breakfast ever. Also chopped on top for a similar indulgent effect. Pair it with chopped fresh orange slices, yoghurt and almond butter. It’s also incredible in brownies, cookies and cake, drizzled over ice cream, as a pimped up fondue and strangely in chilli… don’t knock until you’ve tried.

Big Orange Chocolate Buttons
2.65

24 buttons a bag.

Everybody loves how chocolate buttons melt on your tongue. These ones are giant, which lets be honest, rule all. The little ones are cute but don’t last nowhere near as long, easier to gobble, easier to make your way through. Whereas with these, a little goes a long way and well, even if you do decide to demolish the bag (whoever says they can open a bag of chocolate and save the rest for later are lying), you feel more satisfied with a larger button. A ramble, but a fair ramble. We all agree. These giant buttons of joy are enlivened with natural orange extract. Cozy, fresh and botanic.

16 pieces.

Chocolate puzzle pieces flavoured with natural mint extract. Get your game face on before, it's covered In chocolate… Who can puzzle their pieces back together the fastest?! Whoever wins, wins the bag of pieces or both bags, if you’re competing..

I wanted to make my chocolate accessible for all ages and most dietary requirements without compromising the taste and quality of the chocolate. These showcase high quality chocolate, richness, flavour and still manage to have a very playful vibe and simplicity about them. Perfect for getting your little ones eating more natural snacks or to treat those who struggle to find treats and sweets that suit their dietary requirements.

Try adding these to ice cream for a mint chocolate chip effect. It looks impressive as the puzzle pieces will keep their shape. One to wow the family with.
