A chia pudding base mix that serves one.

Aromatic cardamom, chocolate and pistachio chia pudding. Dark and dessert like with a crunch from the bright green pistachios. Beautiful bursts of nutty flavour from the pistachios as well as bright colours. Simple yet classy. The cardamom flavour at first may sound strange but believe me they work so well together. I think probably my favourite flavour combination EVER! The amount of things I make at home with cardamom and chocolate is crazy. The combination of the two is insanely delicious, exciting and addictive.. well for me anyway!

 

Save this one for a classy breakfast. Maybe a hello Friday, I’m feeling extravagant, its nearly the weekend breakfast. You know what, you could even serve this one for dessert. Treat your friends to something a little different. A new flavour combination, texture and idea. I’m sure they’ll love it.

Ingredients -

Chia seeds, cacao powder, ground cardamom, pistachios, peanuts, coconut palm sugar, salt.

To add yourself -

banana and almond milk.

Topping suggestions -

coconut yoghurt, peanut butter, kiwi, pistachios and shredded coconut.
