Lemon and White Chocolate Praline bar

73% Dark Chocolate. With 58% Almond Mylk Swirls.

1 chocolate bar per bag. 35g.

This one came about after I was thinking and writing down ideas about products and old favourites I used to really enjoy. I thought back to pocket money days and how I would get £10 a week and every Saturday without fail, go to town and spend every single, and I mean every single, penny. Normally a few bits and bobs from primark and then I’d head off to Thorntons to get their three chocolate bar deal. Lemon mousse, marzipan and some sort of praline like one, normally hazelnut. Lemon was always my favourite and that’s why I just had to create my own lemon and dark chocolate bar, in memory of that one but with a Leitchy Creates twist.

 

The chocolate I make, contains just five ingredients. Its aesthetically pleasing with its white chocolate and dark chocolate ombre effect. the light and dark contrast is dramatic and beautiful. The perfect gift, simple yet speaks volumes. First I pour the white chocolate layer into the mould before scattering over the pistachios and lemon white chocolate praline pieces. I then cover pour the rest of the dark chocolate into the moulds before leaving them to set and do their thing. This bars appearance is my favourite out of the three filled bars. Probably the simplest and easiest but most effective and unique.

 

I like to enjoy this one on it’s own as I think the appearance, in some sense is too pretty to spoil and alter. Having said that, it does make the most beautiful porridge topping and also as chocolate chips in a lemon flapjack. They are my only exceptions. Save this one as a special treat. Savour its flavour, beauty and effortlessness.

Sustainably cocoa butter (Colombian), Organic coconut sugar (Indonesian) (22.97%), Organic cacao powder from Peru (15.31%), pralines, white chocolate (16%) (cocoa butter, coconut sugar, salt) (7.4%) (Almonds, Cashews, Organic date syrup (9.73% off praline), Pistachios, Organic natural lemon extract (0.5%), natural vanilla pod powder, salt.

Caution - please do not order if you have an allergy to gluten, nuts, tree nuts or sesame as they contain traces in my products as they are made in a small kitchen with the same equipment that handle these constantly. May contain traces of milk.
